Focus and Scope

Manuscripts published in Jurnal Penelitian Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (Journal of Watershed Management Research) are the results of research that contribute as scientifically in watershed management, including: a). Land management; b). Water and land conservation; c). Land rehabilitation; d). Hydrology; e). Social; f). Economics; g). Institutional; i). Geographic Information System (GIS); And i). Remote sensing.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Penelitian Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (Journal of Watershed Management Research) must follow Focus and Scope and Author Guidelines of this journal. The submitted manuscripts must fulfil scientific merit or novelty appropriate to the focus and scope of this journal.

All manuscripts submitted to this journal must be written in good English or Bahasa Indonesia and all abstracts must be written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The work must not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. 

All submitted manuscripts must be free from plagiarism contents. All authors are suggested to use plagiarism detection software to do the similarity checking. Editors will also check the similarity of manuscripts in this journal.

The submitted manuscripts to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers from Peer-Reviewers Team. The reviewers give scientific valuable comments improving the contents of the manuscript. Sometimes (if required) a third peer-reviewer is needed to give critical comments to the submitted manuscript. The review process used in this journal is a double blind review system.

 

Publication Frequency

Jurnal Penelitian Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (Journal of Watershed Management Research)/ JPPDAS is published twice in one volume annually (April and October).

 

 

Open Access Policy

Jurnal Penelitian Pengelolaan Daerah Aliran Sungai (Journal of Watershed Management Research)/ JPPDAS provides open access to its content on the principle of making research available freely to the public to support the exchange of information or knowledge globally.

Open Access Policy

The Journal of Watershed Management Research (JPPDAS) is an open access journal, this journal does not charge article processing fees or submission fees. All manuscripts submitted to JPPDAS are under the open access publishing model. In this publishing model, papers go through a review process by reviewers and are under the control of the editorial team. Manuscripts will be published electronically and can be accessed at JPPDAS Website. The author can also use a pdf of his published manuscript for non-commercial use on his personal or institutional site. Users have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link the full text from JPPDAS Website.
